Alibaba33 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the Alibaba33 platform, including all services, games, promotions, and other features available on https://alibaba33.my and any related applications.

By accessing or using the Alibaba33 platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, participating in games, or claiming a bonus — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the first time you use the platform.

Alibaba33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform, and continued use after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the Alibaba33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age or older at the date of registration.
• Currently residing in or legally present in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not prohibited by local laws from participating in online betting activities.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme from any recognised betting platform.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only on the Alibaba33 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per your identification document (MyKad/Passport)
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A valid email address
• Accurate date of birth
• Bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes

Alibaba33 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) on any account. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the Alibaba33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction
• Processing time: 1–3 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm)
• Withdrawals submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used
• All winnings must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn

5Bonus & Promotions

Alibaba33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Alibaba33 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being claimed through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Deposits made via certain eWallets may not be eligible for specific promotions — please check the relevant promotion terms.
• Alibaba33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games on the Alibaba33 platform — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, Malaysia Super League and EPL football betting, and e-sports — are subject to the following rules:

• All slots games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by a third party to ensure fair outcomes.
• Game results are final. Any disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident through the customer support channel.
• Alibaba33 reserves the right to void bets or games in the event of a technical error, system disruption, or any circumstance beyond our control that affects the integrity of the game.
• For Sports Betting, any postponement or cancellation of a match will be handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules stated in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

7Prohibited Conduct

Use of the Alibaba33 platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Alibaba33 account
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain
• Using the Alibaba33 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Selling, transferring, or sharing your Alibaba33 account with any other party
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform through any technical means

8Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Alibaba33 account. This includes:

9Privacy & Data Protection

By registering with Alibaba33, you agree to allow us to use your data for the following purposes:

• Management and maintenance of your account
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention
• Service-related communications, including bonus and promotion notifications
• Platform improvements and user experience enhancements

We will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Alibaba33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on our platform
• Service disruptions caused by technical failures, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers or game providers

Alibaba33's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

11Account Closure & Suspension

Alibaba33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of any provision under these Terms has occurred
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Member found to have provided false information during registration or the KYC process
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• At the request of the relevant legal authorities

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the Alibaba33 customer support team. Any legitimate funds remaining in your account will be returned to you once all withdrawal conditions have been met, unless there are valid grounds for freezing the funds.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Alibaba33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
